We provide monthly wellbeing sessions and ongoing professional development, including Mental Health First Aid accreditation.
L&D Opportunities
We’re committed to ensuring your time at batyr prioritises your learning and development. On top of regular wellbeing sessions we host start-of-year retreats and mid year ‘Rumbles’. You’ll also have access to both internal and external mentoring opportunities.
Flexibility
We support flexible working arrangements, endorse a hybrid approach to office work and offer a bring your own device policy, with reimbursements for using your own phone and computer.
Salary Packaging
Salary packaging of up to $15,900 pa - because we’re a not for profit, you can choose to receive a proportion of your wage as a reimbursement of personal expenses, with no income tax payable on this money.
