All orders are processed Monday through Friday, and will be dispatched from our office between 3-4 business days after the order has been received. All orders will be dispatched from our Sydney-based office.
For metro deliveries, orders will be sent via Sendle. For regional and rural deliveries, and any orders to a PO Box address, orders will be sent via Australia Post. A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order has been dropped off to a courier or post office for delivery. Once your order is on its way, we are unable to change the shipping address.
Once the order has been dispatched from our office (note: this could take up to 3-4 business days), please factor in the approximate delivery times:
2-3 days to Sydney
3-5 days to Brisbane and Melbourne
3-5 days to Adelaide and regional NSW, VIC, QLD
5 days to Hobart and Launceston
7 days to Perth, Darwin, FNQ and regional SA
10 days to regional TAS and WA
10-15 days to regional NT
Shipping time may vary according to Australia Post and Sendle time frames and zones - these times do not include order processing time. Shipping times are approximate and external factors may occasionally delay orders. During busy time periods such as Christmas/December, please allow additional shipping time. All orders will be charged a non-refundable freight cost, based on weight, destination and size, as follows:
$5 for 250g or less
$10 for 500g or less
$15 for 750g or less
$25 for 1250g or less
$30 for 1500g or less

Please note: any fundraising incentives earned during a fundraising campaign will be shipped free of charge. Shipping costs apply only to items available for sale on batyr's store.
We are only able to accept payment via Australian credit and debit cards. Once confirmed and paid for, you will receive an automatically generated email and receipt. All prices shown on our website and store are in AUD.
At this time, we do not offer any buy now, pay later options.
