Through this partnership, 16 batyr team members will be selected to attend the Creative Leadership and Collaboration Foundation program, a five-day, in-person masterclass based in Sydney. Offered across 2025 and 2026, and made possible by a $60,000 sponsorship from TwoCollaborate, the selected team members will join a dynamic cross-sector cohort of emerging leaders from the public, private and social impact space. Together, they’ll dive into the philosophies, tools and real-world strategies needed to spark creative solutions, drive meaningful change, and lead with confidence in complexity.

The program is part of Collaboration Campus, TwoCollaborate’s signature capability-building ecosystem. It’s designed to shake up traditional models and equip emerging and established leaders with the creative tools and collaborative mindset needed to thrive in a rapidly changing world. It’s not just about developing skills, it’s about building the kind of leadership that’s not only strategic and dynamic, but deeply human.
