Run for the Herd, Virtual Challenge
When: 1st – 31st October (Mental Health Month)
Support your team’s wellbeing and run, walk or move this Mental Health Month! Raise awareness and funds for youth mental health.
How does it work? Simply choose the option that best suits your group… or get creative and design your own challenge!
Month Challenge: Challenge your team to take charge of their wellbeing and run, walk or move everyday during this Mental Health Month. Add in some friendly competition between your teams or states, by seeing which team can do the most kilometres or raise the most for batyr in October.
Week Challenge: Choose a week within Mental Health month for your challenge. Encourage your team to choose a distance between 5-50km to run as an individual, team or even create a relay option!
Every $25 you raise will put 1 young person through a [email protected] program.
Your support will help raise awareness of mental health and vital funds to help us smash the stigma this Mental Health Month!

Track your Progress: Encourage your team to join a fitness tracker app such as Strava so you can keep each other accountable, and create some friendly competition.
