Sarah came on board after helping set up the first university executive at UTS in 2015 after hearing what batyr was all about in 2014. In 2016 she graduated with a Bachelor of Nursing from the University of Technology Sydney (UTS) and began working at The Children’s Hospital at Westmead. As she began to see what the big wide world was like, she realised that she missed the love she had develop for a little blue elephant. She is now the University Manager for the University of Sydney batyr program, while continuing her work at the hospital in the Emergency Department. When Sarah’s not doing all of that though, she’s scouting out the new best places to eat in Sydney, cuddling her kitten and training up to be on Masterchef.
