Rob O’Leary

Being Herd Manager

Rob graduated from The University of Sydney in 2012 with a Bachelor of Social Work and since then has primarily worked in the area of youth mental health. Prior to working with batyr, Rob worked as a Youth Access Clinician at headspace Chatswood and a Youth Worker with Willoughby City Council. Rob joined the batyr team as the Being Herd Workshop Coordinator in 2016 and was promoted to Being Herd Manager a year later. Robs brings his invaluable experience in the sector, understanding of lived experience and natural ability to lead to the Manager role.  Rob is fascinated by all things weird, strange and unusual and likes to play in crappy rock ’n’ roll bands that never leave the garage.
