In Australia, 1 in 4 young people experience mental-ill health, and rates of psychological distress have increased in the last decade. Mental ill-health is equally (or even more so) life-threatening than physical ill-health but still so many people are struggling to access much needed resources due to the stigma surrounding the issue. As someone who has struggled with mental ill-health as a child, teen and young adult, supporting batyr is supporting other people who have had similar experiences with potentially life altering results. I am proud to be supporting batyr in my time as a delegate of the Australian Galaxy Pageant system and am so grateful for your contribution.
