2 December 2019, Sydney, Australia – Youth mental health organisation batyr, in partnership with Budgy Smuggler™, will be hosting the FIRST EVER ‘Splash the Stigma Classic’ on Sunday 15 December at Queenscliff Rockpool, Manly.
batyr is calling on the Northern Beaches and batyr supporters far and wide to take part in a 1km team relay challenge, all in support of youth mental health.
Funds raised from the event will support the delivery of educational mental health programs for young people across the Sydney region, empowering them to take charge of their mental health and to start a life-changing conversation with others.
The event is open for mixed teams of 4 – 6 and we’re challenging individuals to raise $250 each, which will allow 50 young people to experience one of batyr’s engaging and high impact programs.
For individuals that reach the $250 fundraising target they’ll even get their own pair of batyr budgy smugglers! These colourful budgys are hot off the production line from Budgy Smuggler™ and are yet to be released to the public.
