You can take part anywhere, at any time! It is a great way you can make a difference by raising funds and awareness for youth mental health.
Whether it's running, walking, cycling, hiking, a triathlon, gym challenge or virtual event, choose the activity that suits you, then set your goal, course, or challenge. You can create your own or take part in one of the many existing events during the year such as the City2Surf, The Gold Coast Marathon, Noosa Tri and more. Take on the challenge solo or team up with some friends or colleagues and do it together.
We all know the important role exercise plays on not only our physical health but also our mental health. This is all about taking charge of your own health and wellbeing by completing a physical challenge or activity, while also raising funds and awareness for youth mental health.
