Event update: Based on the latest advice from the Government, we’ve come to the tough decision of postponing the Big Blue Workout.
As organisers, we hold a responsibility for the safety and wellbeing of both our participants and the community we support. We are standing together with the community through this, to try and get on the front foot and be part of a solution to this pandemic.
During this time of uncertainty and unknown, it is more important than ever that we come together and work out how we can best support people’s mental health and wellbeing.
It’s important to continue to do what you can to look after your wellbeing and that includes keeping up fitness routines, which as we know has positive benefits, not only for our physical health but also our mental health. We’ve put together a few bodyweight session ideas you can do in the comfort of your own home, backyard or local park.
Event Description: We all know the important role exercise plays in not only our physical health but also our mental health, so we are bringing people together to take part in a morning of fitness & fun at our second annual Big Blue Workout!
There will be something for everyone at this session, with some top class trainers including Christian Miranda & Zach Vickers taking you through various styles of circuits, wrapping up with a yoga session to get the zen flowing before you head off to the office.
It’s a FREE session and a chance to come together to start your day with like minded individuals and make the pledge of taking charge of your fitness & wellbeing this year!
