What’s Being Herd Pathways all about?

If you’re aged 16-24 and aren’t working or studying come and join batyr’s FREE program and take charge of your future!

We kick off with a workshop where you will:

– Gain confidence and realise your potential

– Brush up on skills to get job ready

– Be supported on your journey to employment

– Learn about mental health, wellbeing and stigma

After the workshop you will be supported in finding employment!

Who is Pathways for?

Being Herd Pathways is for young people who:

  • are 16-24 years old
  • aren’t currently in education, employment or training
  • are Australian/New Zealand citizens, permanent residents of Australia or humanitarian visa holders
  • are living in Western Sydney, Central Coast/Hunter, Illawarra, New England/North West, North Coast and Southern Highlands/Shoalhaven

The Being Herd Pathways program is delivered by batyr and is funded by the NSW Government as part of the Youth Employment Innovation Challenge. The Pathways program is available in the Western Sydney, Central Coast / Hunter, Illawarra, New England / North West, North Coast, Southern Highlands / Shoalhaven regions. The Youth Employment Innovation Challenge is a $10 million NSW Government program that provides funding to innovative solutions and ideas that help young people find employment in NSW.
