The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing continuous improvements to the day to day operations at batyr. Working closely with the General Manager and leadership team, this role will ensure batyr staff are equipped to undertake their roles in the most efficient and effective way possible. Adapting processes and procedures to continually be improved whilst aligning to the batyr culture and the best practice ways of doing things will be critical. Ongoing oversight of policies, insurance requirements and reporting to the batyr Committees and Board will also be required.
